Downtown Parking Information
The Downtown Parking Garage is located at 230 S. Wolcott. It is owned by the City Of Casper, and managed by the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide a safe and clean parking environment for downtown merchants and their customers.
FEATURES
- The Parking Garage provides twenty-four hour lighting
- The Parking Garage has a total of two elevators
- Elevators are located at the north side of the building
- 911 buttons are located in the stairwells of EVERY level
- 911 buttons are located in both elevators
- Eight security cameras are located throughout the garage
- Automated fire alarm system installed throughtout garage
- Handicap parking is posted and available in main level hourly parking
- Monthly covered spaces: 287
- Monthly uncovered spaces: 91
- Hourly Spaces: 71
- Total Spaces: 449
- Total First And Center lot spaces: 55 (and a couple emergency spots)
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - Varies with season and temperature
FREE PARKING: Saturday, Sunday, AND Holidays
MONTHLY RATES
- $37 For covered Parking
- $32 Business rate for more than one space
- $14 for uncovered parking
FIRST AND CENTER LOT:
- $32 Per Space
HOURLY RATES
- $2.00 Minimum (2 Hours)
- $1.00 Per Hour (After 2 Hours)
VALIDATIONS
- Validations are available for downtown merchants
- Validation stickers are $56.00 a sheet (112 validations)
- Validation sticker schedule
- 1 Sticker = 0 - 2 hours
- 2 Stickers = 2 - 3 hours
- 3 Stickers = 3 - 4 hours
- 4 Stickers = 4 hours to full day
